Finely chop the ground pork - this method can make the pork taste smooth without any tendons, then move it into a mixing bowl
Add salt, pepper, white pepper, chicken powder, soy sauce, cooking wine in the meat, mix well.
Cut the green onions, ground the ginger and mix with the chicken stock
Pour the Chicken stock (1/3 at the time) into the meat mixture , keep mixing it until the liquid has been absorbed.
Add the sesame oil , mix it then wrap the pork with clear wrap. Keep the pork in the refrigerator at least 1 hour.
